We specialize in all aspects of kiteboarding gear including foil boards, twintips, inflatable kites, control bars, wetsuits, and accessories. Our product range covers everything from beginner essentials to professional-grade equipment for advanced riders.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We offer kiteboarding packages that are perfect for beginners, as well as individual items like stable twintip boards and easy-to-control inflatable kites. Our Essentials section is specifically curated with newcomers in mind.
Do you offer complete kiteboarding packages?
Yes! Our Kiteboarding Packages section offers complete sets that include everything you need to get started or upgrade your gear. These packages are carefully selected by our team of active riders to ensure perfect compatibility between components.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, except to some Asian countries and remote regions. Our base in Sacramento allows us to efficiently serve both local riders and international customers with equal care and attention.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Fast and trackable via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
Our Sacramento team processes all orders within 1-2 business days. Demo and closeout items receive the same careful quality checks as new products before shipping.
How are fragile items like foil boards packaged?
We use rider-tested packaging methods specifically designed to protect sensitive equipment like foil boards and kite hardware during transit. Our experience shipping worldwide means we know exactly how to safeguard your gear.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely stoked with your purchase, you can return any item for a full refund or exchange. We understand that sometimes gear needs to be tested on the water to know if it’s right for you.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply contact our rider crew at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return instructions and make the process as smooth as possible.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used wetsuits, opened hardware packages, or items that show signs of water testing. All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached.
